1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and purchasing from the MellowFem website ("the Site"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer," "you," "your") and MellowFem ("we," "us," "our"). If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or make purchases from our Site.

2. Products and Orders

MellowFem sells dresses, skirts, jackets, and coats as described on the Site. All product descriptions, images, and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, and correct errors in pricing or product information. Your order constitutes an offer to purchase, which we accept upon sending an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, inaccuracies, or inventory limitations.

3. Intellectual Property Protection

All content on the MellowFem Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the exclusive property of MellowFem or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The compilation of all content on this Site is the exclusive property of MellowFem. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any material on this Site without our express prior written consent. The MellowFem name and logo, and all related product and service names, are our trademarks.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MellowFem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Site; (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the Site; (iii) any content obtained from the Site; and (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage. Our total cumulative liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Site and these terms shall not exceed the greater of one hundred US dollars (USD $100) or the amount you have paid to MellowFem in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

5. Refund & Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the items are unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item). Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Sale items and final clearance merchandise may be marked as final sale and are not eligible for return. 6. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
