Shipping Methods & Delivery Areas
MellowFem currently offers Standard Shipping for all orders. We deliver to most countries worldwide. Delivery times and costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.
Please note that we do not offer free shipping at this time. All shipping charges are the customer's responsibility.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays) after payment is confirmed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping Time & Costs
Standard Shipping typically takes 7-20 business days for delivery, depending on the destination country and customs processing. Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight of your items and the delivery address. The exact cost will be displayed before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to become active on the carrier's website.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees levied by their country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information on potential fees.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of order placement. MellowFem is not responsible for packages lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to correct an address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify the address if the order has not yet been processed for shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable (due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or unclaimed packages), we will contact you via email. A refund for the merchandise will be issued, minus the original shipping costs and any return handling fees incurred.
